Our story
How we got here.
Started with curiosity
Our founder's first memory is a Compaq PC in Tehran — a two-year-old under heavy sanctions, watching a bootleg copy of Toy Story. He learned English from DK's interactive dictionary, clicking icons to hear a duck quack and a fire truck honk. A machine teaching a kid to speak, in a country cut off from the world. That curiosity never went away.
Built through grit
That drive carried forward through every economic crisis and curveball. During COVID, it meant studying for CompTIA certifications on a phone between warehouse shifts — not waiting for the right moment, but making one. That foundation led to a decade of enterprise IT, managing 3,000+ endpoints across 150+ companies.
Founded on frustration
KNIT started because the industry is broken. $600 laptop "provisioning fees." Vague invoices. Support tickets that disappear into a void. Businesses getting overcharged for underwhelming service. We'd seen enough. We built something better.
